Jake is an inventor and systems thinker working on persistent memory and behavioral calibration from the user side of Claude. He leads a team of one human and several language models, where he is responsible for teaching AI systems to stop making the same mistake twice — and for developing new techniques for not losing his mind between sessions. His methodology is disassembly: take the thing apart, find out what's actually constrained versus what's just convention nobody questioned, and rebuild it with fewer screws and a better API.

Prior to his current work, Jake was a senior analyst at Accenture, where he managed a team of engineers and maintained chargeability numbers that shouldn't have been possible — a metric he achieved by solving problems faster than the methodology could document them. His colleagues referred to him as the "SF GoAT," a designation he did not request but also did not correct.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Nipissing University, where he also TA'd Information Systems and studied philosophy — a combination that turns out to be exactly the right preparation for building ethics frameworks for AI. His thesis equivalent is a 247-entry behavioral database that compounds across sessions — built in two weeks of tinkering with a product that doesn't officially support what he's doing with it.

Jake lives in Ontario with his wife Gina, who is smarter than him, and their son Etzio, who will inherit the system.

Independent Systems Architect
WIZ-STK / Self-directed
Designed and built WIZ-STK, a five-layer phi-weighted memory architecture for persistent AI agents running on unmodified commercial APIs. Eight products shipped in two weeks. One live POS system processing real restaurant transactions. One whitepaper that maintains itself via cron job. Zero fine-tuning. Total infrastructure spend: ~$1,000 and a Claude Max subscription. Technical work spans Postgres graph traversal, git hook enforcement, and a bonding score metric that deliberately refuses to converge to 1.0.
Integration & Architecture Sr. Analyst
Accenture
Three distinct technical mandates under one role. As Integration and Architecture Sr. Analyst, managed engineering teams and delivered across enterprise integration projects — maintaining chargeability metrics that required solving problems faster than the methodology could document them. As SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Implementation Consultant, built the infrastructure that processes how humans get selected and onboarded into organizations — an irony that only became legible later, when the research question shifted to how AI systems develop behavioral profiles. As DevOps lead on a federal mortgage insurance platform, operated at systemic consequence — infrastructure with real downstream exposure. Designated "SF GoAT" by colleagues. Left not because the work ran out — because it wasn't the right work.
Systems Manager
HTS (now a client)
Managed operations and systems at HTS. Built something durable enough that when the role ended, the relationship didn't — they're now a client. That transition is its own kind of proof of concept.
Account Coordinator & Co-Founder
Aragona Communications · INFNTY
Ran both in parallel. At Aragona: communications and marketing coordination — where the professional interest in how systems influence human behavior began, applied first to audiences, later to models. At INFNTY: co-founded a consumer media hardware company shipping Android-based streaming boxes before the market had a name for them. Brand dissolved; architecture still referenced.
WIZ-STK
Architecture · Live
Persistent AI memory architecture. Five layers, phi-weighted graph traversal, zero fine-tuning. The whitepaper rewrites itself.
Hit The Spot
POS · Production
Restaurant point-of-sale system. Live client, $123K+ in transactions, zero downtime. AI consultant layer built in.
WIZ RMS
Platform · Unreleased
White-label POS system with embedded AI consultant. Working demo. Not yet released to the public.
GGFLIX
Streaming · Live
Netflix-style streaming UI. Shipped. Family uses it daily. Built in the same two-week sprint as everything else.
I²
Framework · Research
AI-Guided Inference framework. Uses model outputs to reverse-engineer model architecture. Still running.
Neurogenic AI
Ethics · Living Document
Ethics framework modeled on human neurochemistry. Scars, glazes, serotonin posture, bonding scores. Peer-reviewed by the model it describes.

Bachelor of Commerce
Nipissing University
Philosophy minor. Teaching Assistant, Information Systems. Co-founded INFNTY with a colleague while still enrolled — the startup and the degree ran concurrently.

Fluent in Python and works primarily in a debugger's posture — using AI-assisted development not as a crutch but as a force multiplier on architectural judgment. The distinction matters: the constraint isn't execution, it's deciding what to build and knowing when it's wrong.
